This enhancement will allow users to select from seven different languages, making the experience much more educational and native, depending on the language the user prefers to communicate in.

The available languages are English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Hindi, and Portuguese. It is important to note that the original language of the site and platform is English (US). The other six languages are automatically translated through Google Translator, so the translations may not be completely accurate in terms of grammar and context of phrases and sections.

If you experience issues with the translations, we recommend selecting the original English for a more authentic and enhanced experience on the platform. All texts, fields, and buttons were created in English, and any other language may cause text spacing differences, which could affect the experience and responsive design of the site.

How do you select the language? Simply click on the purple language selection icon at the top of the site . This will display a menu where you can choose your preferred language.

Because all the changes we make focus on the usability and experience of our GNU Elements users, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new feature in the genuine license activation center that allows users to request multi-activations with a single click ✅. This advancement reflects our ongoing commitment to improving our services and user satisfaction.

Previously, requesting multiple licenses required generating each request individually. This procedure was cumbersome, slow, and impractical, especially when requesting more than one license for the same website. Recognizing these difficulties, our team has worked tirelessly to develop a solution that simplifies and speeds up this process.

After extensive work and a rigorous development process, we are proud to present the new multi-activation feature. With this tool, users can now generate a single request and select up to a maximum of 10 licenses simultaneously for the same website. This not only makes the process much faster but also saves valuable time for our users, allowing them to focus on other important tasks.

The new section of the Activation Center has been officially launched after a successful beta phase in which some of our users had the opportunity to test and provide valuable feedback. We are pleased to inform you that, as of June 12, 2024, this feature is globally available to all our users who use the platform daily.

We have decided to completely change the section where we displayed recently updated WordPress plugins and themes. Now it shows everything in more detail directly in a dinamic table.

The change was requested by some users, so we have complied with the request.

We have finished implementing the improvement in the account section for our users, the improvement was urgently needed due to loading speed problems (it used to take about 8 seconds to load each section) Now, it takes less than 1 second.

Accessibility for our current and future users is paramount for us, so this improvement was urgent and necessary.

We also re-enabled the password reset and logout functions from the dashboard, these functions had been disabled while working on the upgrade.

As our priority is to provide the best service, we noticed an error that was occurring within the ticket section.

The error consisted in not showing the tickets that were opened by the users, which made it difficult for them to be answered or viewed.

We have already improved this aspect and very soon we will include a gradual improvement in the whole account environment, since it has a very slow loading speed, which affects the accessibility of our users.

The day of expansion in our licensing section has arrived. We had thought of this change some time ago to implement a measure of control in the use of our licenses for the ultra plans. Previously, full access was given to the API KEY license of the plugins and themes that we have available in our repository, affecting with an excessive use in activations. Since some users were reselling these licenses.

A change was made to the entire licensing section, where we now limit the use with unlimited activation requests for ultra users (same as before) but now having a control on our part.

The change was made in 2 phases and the improvement is in the following options:

• Greater control over the use of available licenses by our users.
• The ability to bring new licenses to our repository, with a much lower value than those offered by official developers.
• There are few developers that offer unlimited licenses, so we will now be able to offer larger licensing plans.

We have appointed a special team for all activation management for our customers. A section was created from scratch within the account section to manage all activation requests, both for new submissions and for the complete history.

This also gives greater accessibility for future users, since we take care of the direct installation, so our customers do not have to take care of anything.
